A leading digital marketing agency is searching for a talented and experienced

Head of Creative Services

to guide their creative teams and streamline the delivery of high-quality campaigns across multiple sectors, including entertainment, sports and healthcare.

In this senior role, you’ll oversee all aspects of creative operations — from resource management and workflow optimisation to quality control and cross-team collaboration. You’ll work closely with project managers, production, and account teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, creatively, and on schedule.

Who you are

An accomplished leader with solid experience managing creative studios or operations, preferably within a fast-moving agency setting.

Skilled at overseeing a variety of creative disciplines including design, motion graphics, video production, and digital content.

Comfortable balancing fast turnaround projects alongside compliance-heavy healthcare campaigns.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex schedules and competing priorities with ease.

A strong communicator with a collaborative approach and the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop your team.

Passionate about improving processes and adopting new tools to enhance team productivity and creativity.

Responsibilities and expectations
