HR Administrator (12-month FTC)Office-based - Horley, SurreyMonday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm 4 or 5 days per week (pro-rata)Salary: £27,000 - £27,500A friendly and well-established organisation in Horley is seeking a reliable and highly organised HR Administrator to support its busy HR team.This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys administration, works accurately and handles confidential information with professionalism.The roleSupporting the HR Director and wider team, you will be responsible for:Maintaining employee records (electronic and hard copy)Recruitment administration and tracking applicationsCoordinating DBS checks and renewalsAdministering referencesArchiving and document controlTyping meeting notes and supporting HR meetingsHandling HR queries and callsCoordinating staff recognition schemes and internal communicationsSupporting wellbeing initiatives and internal eventsProviding occasional reception coverYou will also assist with HR projects, system improvements and data protection compliance.About youYou will have:Previous experience in HR or administrationStrong organisation and attention to detailConfidence handling sensitive informationA professional, approachable mannerGood IT skills and experience using databases and document systemsBenefits30 days holiday (including bank holidays)Employer pension contributionsPaid training, structured induction and development supportEmployee Assistance Programme (24/7 support, counselling and coaching)Co
