Interim Financial Controller 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract £75,000 5 days on-site OxfordshireStart Date: ASAPThe Role SF are working with a well-established UK manufacturing business seeking an experienced Financial Controller on a 6-month FTC. This is a hands-on, on-site role supporting the SLT with responsibility for day-to-day operational finance, reporting, and control. The role will suit someone comfortable running the finance function end-to-end while supporting budgeting, forecasting and commercial decision-making. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of monthly close, management accounts and financial reportingOversee day-to-day operational finance (AP, AR, payroll, treasury)Manage year-end process, audit and statutory accountsCashflow forecasting and bank / treasury liaisonVAT, payroll and pensions oversightStock valuation, provisions and inventory controlsBudgeting, forecasting and reforecasting with budget holdersBoard reporting and support to senior leadershipMaintain strong financial controls, governance and risk managementCommercial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions Key Requirements ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifiedProven Financial Controller experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or SME environmentStrong operational finance background with hands-on deliveryConfident engaging with senior stakeholders and non-finance teamsStrong Excel and financial analysis capabilityERP experience essential (Dynamics NAV desirable)Able to commit to 5 days on-site in Ox
