The successful candidate will join as an experienced Financial Controller, and will be mentored by an excellent fractional CFO, with the expectation that they learn the business, people, and mechanics of the individual entities over their first year so that they can step up into the Finance Director position in 12-18 months. This a fully office based role but has the flexibility expected of a demanding junior FD role.
