The Immigration Solicitor''s role As an Immigration Solicitor, you will manage a broad caseload involving both legal aid and privately funded work. You will prepare and present cases from initial application through to appeal stages, including matters before the First-tier and Upper Tribunal, and contribute to more complex judicial review proceedings. The role also involves Legal Aid Agency funding applications, client repres
