Combining conservation expertise with a contemporary design approach, the practice produces architecture that is both considered and enduring.Key Responsibilities for the Project Architect:Drive projects forward through all RIBA stages, upholding a high standard of design quality, intent, and detailingLiaise with consultants, contractors, and wider project teams to meet programme, design, and cost objectivesDevelop and check drawings, presentations, and technical packagesManage planning and listed building consent submissions where requiredContribute to the practice''s commitment to design excellence, sustainability, and innovationSupport and help develop junior team members in a collaborative studio environmentThe successful Project Architect will have:Proven experience as a Project Architect or similar role within a UK practiceARB registrationA strong portfolio demonstrating design talent and successful project delivery in relevant sectorsProficiency in Revit (AutoCAD or SketchUp experience is an advantage)Experience on heritage or conservation-led projects is highly desirableStrong ..... full job details .....
