We re now seeking a Live-In Residential Scheme Manager to assist the Regional Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the independent living scheme, delivering an on-site housing management service that supports our residents to lead independent lives in a safe environment. You will carry out well-being checks and respond to emerging changes in circumstances, identify and manage risk including safeguarding taking accountability for ensuring that appropriate actions are taken, and controls are in place to manage the risk. You will engage with older people and their families and support them to identify issues that are important to them and how they would like to progress them.
