They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join them on a 12 Month Contract in Manchester. You will take ownership of mechanical works on site, managing teams, subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. The project is a high-rise residential scheme with a value of £130 Million. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of day-to-day mechanical installations on a high-rise site. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site operatives to ensure smooth delivery Track progress against programme and budget, reporting issues proactively. Maintain strict Health and Safety standards, delivering inductions and toolbox talks. Act as the main point of contact for the Project Manager, clients, and wider project team. Ensure all works are delivered in line with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within building services projects. Strong understanding of MandE building services, including commissioning and compliance standards.
