This is a great opportunity for an Assisant Site Manager to help finish off and handoiver a new build low rise apartment block.

The project is 89 apartments over 4 blocks, focusing on internal finishes including-snagging, liaising with Clerk of works etc.-

In order to be considered for this role you must have had previous experience in social housing newbuild, ideally with some apartment exposure.

First Aid

This role will see you up until the end of the year as a minimum
