We are seeking an enthusiastic Math and Science Teacher to join our dedicated team and deliver high quality, personalised education to students working in small groups or 1:1 settings. This is a role where your impact is visible every single day. What You''ll Do Plan and deliver engaging Maths and Science lessons up to GCSE level for individuals and small groups. Support nurture based programmes that build students'' confidence, wellbeing and readiness to learn. Monitor, record and report on student progress to ensure personalised, meaningful development. Create a safe, structured and stimulating classroom environment with well organised resources. Develop, implement and review Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans with the wider team. Lead on subject coordination across key stages as agreed with the Headteacher. Work collaboratively with LSAs, tutors, care
