The Role This is a Head of Marketing position with a strong e-commerce focus, responsible for running the marketing department and setting the overall digital and commercial direction. You''ll oversee website, branding, email, CRM, promotions and e-commerce analytics, while leading and developing the Marketing team. A key focus will be understanding what is driving online sales, where customers are dropping off and how the business can improve conversion, basket spend, customer acquisition and overall trading performance.
