This elite US law firm are looking to hire a Tax associate at the NQ-5pqe level to continue the growth of the team.

The team advise on public and private MandA transactions, reorganisations and reconstructions and corporate finance, with a particular focus on both U.K. and international private equity transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established tax practice at an elite US firm offering a genuinely broad scope of work.

The candidate will be from another leading City or US law firm.

ResponsibilitiesProvide tax advice on public and private MandA transactions, restructurings and reconstructions, and corporate finance matters. Support UK and international private equity transactions within an elite US firm’s tax practice.

Qualifications and Experience• Qualified tax solicitor with experience at a leading City or US law firm

• NQ-5pqe level scope (newly-qualified to 5 PQE) in tax advisory for corporate transactions

• Strong understanding of UK and international tax issues related to MandA and private equity
