MACHINE OPERATIVE Are you hands-on, detail-driven Machine Operative who has a passionate about producing high-quality products? Starting on a temporary to permanent basis this is an immediate opportunity for you to joining a busy team as a Machine Operative. A manufacturing background is preferred, full training will be provided. Salary 14.28ph Hours 8am-4.30pm Monday to FridayKey responsibilities for the Machine Operative include,Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet specificationsPacking products accurately using correct weights and materialsSupporting quality audits, defect identification and corrective actionsWorking closely with production and quality teamsMaintaining a clean, organised 5S working environmentCommunicating effectively across shiftsThe ideal Machine Operative will need; Some previous manufacturing/production experience essentialExperience of manufacturing an end product is preferredBe physically able to do some heavy lifting (within health and safety guidelines) up to 15-20kg multiple times per dayBe comfortable being on your feet all dayBe self-motivated team player who enjoys producing high quality productsHave a good standard of verbal/written EnglishHave the ability to work with minimum supervisionOwn safety boots requiredNote this is an immediate temporary to permanent opportunity
