As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Posting payments and receipts using accounting software
• Managing AP/AR ledgers, including debt management and customer contact
• Creating payments and overseeing treasury functions
• Assisting with month-end accounts and data submission to head office
• Processing expense claims and supporting VAT/PAYE payments
• Reconciling accounts and preparing audit evidence

As an Accounts Assistant, your experience will include:

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
• Familiarity with AP/AR processes and ledger management
• Working knowledge of VAT and PAYE
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
