Our client, a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team on a high-profile infrastructure project in South Devon.
The Role
££ Commercial management of a major civil engineering project
££ NEC contract administration
££ Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and forecasting
££ Procurement and subcontract management
££ Compensation Events and change control
££ Commercial reporting and final accounts
££ Working closely with operational and commercial teams to maximise project performance
What We''re Looking For
£ Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
£ Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
£ Experience delivering major infrastructure or highways projects
£ Excellent commercial reporting, forecasting and cost management skills
£ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
