This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional needs to thrive both academically and personally.The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely within a small class group of approximately 10-12 pupils, supporting them across all areas of school life.You will play a key role in helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills, alongside supporting their academic progress.
