Maximise profit:

Have a clear focus on delivering great availability for your customers. Play an active role in your store to “sell a £1 and save a £1” to help drive sales. Deliver on all agreed actions set for you by your line manager.Engage, Develop and Retain Great People:

Proactively support and work with the Talking Shop Rep in your store. Support team engagement in your store. Create an inclusive culture where everyone can be their best. Take a proactive approach to personal development and share your own knowledge to support up-skilling the team.Doing The Right Processes And Doing Them Right:

Complete actions set for you by your line manager on the daily floor walk focusing on what the customer sees. Maintain a positive approach to service, both in store and at the doorstep. Follow and implement all cash handling and security policies and processes. Play your part in providing the best digital service through implementing all “One Best Way” processes.Leadership:

Your leadership approach should be at the heart of everything you do, to get the best from your team to give the best to our customers.Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.Provides balanced feedback when needed to improve the performance of every colleague.Sets the pace of the team, when on shift, by being hands on to deliver a great store.What We Offer
