Job Specification: Field Service Engineer (FSE)Location: UK-wide and International TravelSalary: Up to 50,000 per annumHours: 40 hours basic per week, with flexibility to work up to 60 hoursWorking Pattern: DaysSector: Packaging Machinery / End-of-Line AutomationThe OpportunityWe are looking for a motivated and technically capable Field Service Engineer to join a growing engineering team specialising in end-of-line packaging machinery and automation systems.This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a background in packaging machinery, ideally with at least one year of experience following completion of an apprenticeship. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a range of automated packaging equipment at customer sites across the UK and internationally.You will join an established team of six engineers, benefiting from hands-on training, support from experienced colleagues and the opportunity to develop your technical skills within a growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission and maintain end-of-line packaging machinery at customer sites.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and automation-related faults.Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits.Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.Work on a variety of packaging machinery, including palletisers, robots, cartoners, shrink wrappers and flow wrappers.Provide technical ..... full job details .....
