Join the team at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and play a key role in shaping what our visitors can take home with them. You''ll help create and develop product ranges for Kew, Wakehurst and our online shop, making sure they feel relevant, well-designed and true to our brand. Working closely with colleagues, you''ll help choose the right products, manage suppliers and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It''s a varied, hands-on role where you can make a real impact on the retail experience. You will have proven buying experience, ideally within the gift sector, with a strong eye for design and the ability to select products that appeal to a range of target audiences. You will demonstrate strong budget management, commercial awareness, and a track record of meeting targets. Confident in negotiation and influencing, you will have knowledge of relevant suppliers and excellent communication skills. You will be IT literate, with experience of Microsoft D365 and buying for visitor attractions desirable. Interviews are due to be held on 4 May. This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
