£40,000 - £55,000 plus bonus and car

We are an established manufacturing company that has a great reputation in Ireland and an established client base in the UK.

We are now looking to grow further in the UK and grow a new team to establish our brand and market position.

We have just taken on a new UK Sales Director to head up this division and he comes with a wealth of experience with the products and sector.

We are now looking to grow and develop a UK team that is up for a challenge, ready to champion the brand, sell on features and benefits

The Area Sales Manager

You will cover a large area, looking at all routes to market.  You will focus on developing relationships with applicators and installers, then you will maximise relationships with merchants and distributors. We already have deals in place with lots of major buying groups.

Longer-term goals will be driving project work from specialist distributors, main contractors and housebuilders.

To apply for the role of Area Sales Manager –you will be able to say yes to the following:

• A field sales background in selling building materials (ideally a building envelope product, insulation, render or EWI) and/or bagged products mortars etc 
• A hunter mentality
• Sold a product into small to medium house builders 
• Able to cover a large area and stay away from home occasionally
• Sales style will be on features and benefits never on price
