As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Technology) to join a growing Digital and Technology Transformation function. This role sits at the heart of Product and Engineering, translating business and product requirements into clear, actionable deliverables that enable the successful development of digital products, platforms and customer experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping scalable digital solutions, working across mobile applications, internal platforms, integrations, APIs and data-driven products. Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate product requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules and process flows.Lead backlog refinement sessions with Product Managers and Engineering teams.Analyse and document business processes, customer journeys, system integrations, APIs and data flows.Identify technical dependencies, risks, impacts and gaps before development commences.Define and document data requirements, ownership and quality standards.Support product prioritisation and technical decision-making through analysis and insight.Ensure requirements and documentation remain clear, consistent and reusable.Support testing activities and investigate system defects and production ..... full job details .....
