As the Principal Architect you will be responsible for leading the architectural vision, strategy, and oversight of IT projects. This role involves working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with the strategic objectives of the organisation. You must demonstrate exceptional leadership and possess extensive experience in IT systems, providing innovative solutions that drive efficiency and improve customer experience.

Identify new technologies, industry trends, best practices to be incorporated into the architecture roadmap and facilitate proof of concept and pilot activity to quickly prove business value hypotheses

Key Experience

5-7 years of experience in IT architecture roles, including several years in a senior or leadership position

10+ years of experience in a technical Infrastructure or Software development background within a Microsoft environment

Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex IT projects and to lead multidisciplinary teams

Experience across Business, Data, Application, technology, and security domains

Skilled at influencing, guiding and facilitating stakeholders and peers with decision making

Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences

Business acumen, appreciation of IT budgeting (Run/Change), contribute to business case development

Ability to provide technical input to strategic planning activities

A natural collaborator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
