Syntro Partners is working exclusively at this stage with a rapidly growing, acquisitive UK business to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst into its expanding FPandA function. This is a particularly good opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys the analytical side of finance. You''ll be working with large volumes of financial and operational data, getting underneath business performance and turning that information into clear, useful insight. Rather than being a heavily presentation-led business partnering position, this role will sit at the analytical heart of the FPandA team. You''ll be expected to understand what the numbers are really saying, challenge assumptions, identify trends and opportunities, and develop high-quality reporting that enables the wider finance team to influence decision making.
