As ourRestaurant Supervisor you will bean integral part in the smooth running of Audley villages andyou''ll supervise the team to ensure that Audley Owners and ExternalCustomers have the highest quality of service andexperience. You will ensure the team adhere tolegislative requirements such as COSHH, Fire safety, Health andSafety and Safeguarding of our owners. You will maintain highstandards of comfort, cleanliness and hygiene throughout thebistro, restaurant and customer areas. You willset and maintain the highest standards of dress appearance and beequipped to deal with sudden employee shortages being able todeputise in any job capacity. Deal with complaints in a warm andempathetic way, as necessary. TheIdeal Candidate: Food and beverage management experience in a 4 or higherhospitality environment.
