We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operative to join our team.Key Responsibilities: Stack pallets with boxes from the packing belt, ensuring product consistency and safe stacking.Check the quality of boxes on full pallets and apply correct wrapping to secure products for safe transportation.Verify and attach accurate pallet labels, double-checking the work of colleagues to maintain accuracy.Operate Powered Pallet Truck (PPT), hand pallet truck, hand scanners, and other equipment safely and efficiently.Monitor metal detection systems for malfunctions, including completing near-miss forms if issues are observed.Supply the Packing Desk area with new pallets to ensure smooth and continuous operations.Follow company policies and procedures to support the effective running of the Packing Desk.Maintain a clean and tidy Packing Desk area to promote a safe working environment.Perform additional duties as required to meet business needs.
