Head Chef with Live-in

My client, a charming and historic hotel set in the heart of Dunster, require a Head Chef to lead their kitchen brigade.With deep roots in their local community, my client pride ourselves on delivering local food that reflects the rich bounty of the regionseasonal, honest, and packed with flavour.The 28 bedroom hotel is very well known for the quality of its food and plays host to numerous live music and other events. The main restaurant holds multiple awards including 1AA Rosette and serves top quality food using fresh ingredients sourced locally.
The successful candidate will be an experienced hands-on leader, who is both creative and organised, with a deep respect for seasonal, local ingredients.
