TimePlan Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors for a secondary school in High Wycombe, with immediate starts available.

You will supervise lessons during teachers'' absences, guide pupils through pre-set work and help maintain a focused, positive learning environment. This is an opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates considering teaching, and people with relevant experience working with young people.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering instructions and supporting pupils with work set by their teacher.

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

• Keeping pupils engaged and on task.

• Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons.

• Strong communication skills and a confident classroom presence.

• Experience working with children or young people.
