Remedy Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in South East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and wants to make a real difference to their learning and development. You will work closely with class teachers to provide additional support to pupils, helping them to engage with their learning and build confidence in the classroom.

The successful candidate will be patient, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with pupils. Experience working with SEN or children with additional needs would be highly desirable.

The Role:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Immediate start

• -100117 per day

• Supporting pupils in the classroom

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support

• Supporting learning, behaviour and engagement

• Working closely with teachers and the wider school team

• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or young people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, caring and supportive approach

• Confident managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

• SEN experience is desirable

• A genuine passion for education and supporting pupils
