They are seeking an experienced Service Director to lead service delivery, customer excellence and operational performance across a multi-site business. Managing a direct team of six, including Helpdesk, Service Managers and Operational Leads, you will ensure outstanding service standards while supporting the company''s growth journey. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the service management team. Drive service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational performance. Implement and maintain service excellence standards across multiple offices. Support the integration of acquired businesses, embedding culture, processes and best practice. Work closely with Division Directors responsible for Mechanical Maintenance, PPM, HVAC, AOV and Fire Damper Services. Develop scalable systems and processes to support growth.
