You will be the number one on-site, responsible for driving the project from the initial strip-out phase through to final handover, ensuring everything is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision: Oversee all daily on-site operations, ensuring trades and subcontractors are working efficiently and to schedule.Health and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to site health and safety regulations, conducting regular inductions, tool-box talks, and risk assessments.Quality Control: Monitor the quality of workmanship, ensuring it meets the client''s exact specifications and design standards.Project Coordination: Manage site deliveries, materials, and logistics to prevent any delays in the program.Reporting: Keep accurate site diaries, progress reports, and maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and client representatives.Requirements and QualificationsProven track record as a Site Manager specifically on commercial office fit-out or refurbishment projects.Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.Valid CSCS Card (Ideally Black/Management).Valid First Aid at Work certificate.Asbestos Awareness (preferred but not ..... full job details .....
