To undertake compliance audits and inspections across the services and ensure actions are taken to mitigate for risks and make necessary improvements. To co-ordinate learning and development activities for Managers with regards to regulatory compliance.Key tasksSupport Managers and staff to understand quality management and implement changes to policy and practices. Supporting and assisting senior managers in the delivery of a high-quality service by Using a measured approach to develop quality at local level through use of the risk register and/Continuous Action Plans and other quality tools as per company protocol.
