They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead their Property Maintenance Team, ensuring high-quality maintenance and improvements to their properties. Day-to-Day of the Role: Oversee the operational delivery of property services focusing on Responsive Repairs and on occasion planned works when needed. Lead a team of approximately 12- 15 in-house trades and external contractors, ensuring customer-centric, high-quality, and value-for-money services. Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with Health and Safety legislation and CDM regulations. Manage data within property systems accurately and efficiently. Engage with residents and groups to develop co-created services, enhancing customer satisfaction and community involvement. Plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against budgets, taking actions to mitigate risks and ensure value for money. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience managing a direct labour workforce and delivering maintenance services.
