Each role will focus on a mix of the areas below, depending on business priorities: Customer journeys and engagement: improve onboarding and in-life journeys so customers become active and do more with us. Campaign delivery: take campaigns from brief to live across owned and paid channels. Acquisition: win new customers, including switching and premium product acquisition. Payments growth: increase debit card and digital wallet usage. Programme delivery: keep internal teams, partners and agencies aligned and delivering to plan. The role suits an organised, analytical marketer who is comfortable with data, manages several workstreams at once and turns insight into campaigns. Key responsibilities Customer journeys and engagement Map the new customer journey from sign-up and find where customers drop off. Design onboarding communications that drive activation, first card use and digital wallet set-up.
