What You''ll Be Doing / How You''ll Be Involved As an Advanced Practitioner you will have both frontline case management duties and at least one strategic lead area. Your lead area will align with our priority areas, and this can change to reflect service needs and as we move into an adolescent service. Within your specialist area, you will lead on and deliver projects, with a view to improving or developing this for the Service and its overall aim of improving outcomes for children. You will also provide support and guidance to Case Managers and contribute to improving the service via quality assurance processes.
