About the Role and Firm: Our client, a prestigious international property consultancy with over 125 years'' heritage, is expanding its commercial surveying team in London. You will join a highly respected group, working on high-profile, visible projects across Central London and key commercial districts. This is a role for someone who thrives on both technical excellence and client interaction, in a collaborative environment that encourages leadership and development. What You''ll Be Doing: Lead and deliver complex commercial building surveying and consultancy commissions (e.g. dilapidations, technical due diligence, condition and defect surveys, measured surveys), with project values from £1m to £6m+. Contract administration for refurbishment, re-fit, remedial and refurbishment projects, using JCT, NEC or similar standard contracts. Oversee landlord and tenant advice, lease event-work, negotiations, dilapidations schedules, and liability assessments. Provide high-level client liaison: influencing briefs, managing expectations, building long-term relationships. Lead and mentor junior staff (including APC candidates), ensuring technical con
