Overview

Principal Technical Manager - MEP Background - £90 - 95k + Car + Package - London. The role involves leading and delivering projects across Commercial, Pharma, Data Centres and Mixed Use Schemes from the London office, with a focus on managing technical outputs and contractor engagements within a large, privately-owned construction company.Responsibilities

Manage the contractors'' proposals and produce project-specific scope of works.Review MandE design on all projects you are managing.Produce design programmes with relevant teams.Improve the technical quality output of internal and external teams.Qualifications and Experience

Experience managing and leading projects as well as project teams.Good technical knowledge of Electrical Design and related disciplines; understanding of life cycle cost and value creation.Experience in either MEP Consultancy or with an MandE contractor is preferred, with emphasis on Electrical Design knowledge.Company and Benefits
