A well established FMCG business is seeking a HR Manager to provide a specific service across the organisation.
Key areas of responsibility that have previously fallen to the wider HR community to deliver, a business decision has now been made to bring in a dedicated resource to manage, deliver and oversee all Compliance, Reward and Reporting and Analytics responsibilities to, in part, free up the HRBPs to allow them to focus on delivering a proactive strategic service to the business.
The creation of this role will allow the incoming individual to focus on these core areas to ensure the business is ahead of the curve.

Compliance:
- Contractors and IR35 regulations
- Employment Tax
- SAO Governance
- GDRP and Data Protection
- Immigration and Right To Work
- Audit coordination
Reward:
- Payroll and Benefits management
- Salary benchmarking
- Pensions interface
- Minimum wage audits
- Gender pay gap reporting
Reporting and Analytics
- Headcount reporting
- DEI reporting
- Market data and insights
- FRC reporting
- Document control
To be considered for this role you will have had experience with Compliance, Reward and Reporting and Analytics. You will be a methodical, process driven, analytical HR professional with experience gained within these areas of focus.
