This newly created role is focused on designing and implementing robust, scalable IT solutions with a strong emphasis on automation, cloud technologies, and emerging tech. The role is approximately 60% hands-on implementation and 40% solution design, giving the successful candidate the chance to both shape and deliver innovative IT projects that support business-critical operations.Key Responsibilities of the Cloud Solutions Architect: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end IT solutions, prioritising automation and operational efficiency.Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to automate routine tasks and system configurations.Build and manage business process automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Lead solution design sessions and document architecture, workflows, and dependencies.Ensure secure and scalable deployment of solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.Monitor, optimise, and maintain system performance, reliability, and security.Provide training and support to internal teams on new systems and automations.
