Handyman / Fabric Technician | London (SW1P)

We are seeking a skilled Handyman / Fabric Technician for an ongoing contract at a high-profile corporate site in Victoria. This role focuses on maintaining operational excellence within a modern office environment.

• Rate: -18.00 per hour.

• Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.

• Contract: Ongoing Temporary.

• Location: Central London (SW1P).

• M&E Maintenance: Perform PPM and reactive repairs, including lamp changes, AHU/FCU filter replacements, and basic plumbing.

• Fabric Repairs: Maintain floor and wall coverings alongside general building upkeep and minor installations.

• Operations: Escort and oversee third-party contractors while maintaining accurate digital maintenance logs.

• Compliance: Conduct regular H&S inspections to ensure total site safety and regulatory adherence.

• Experience: Background in a high-profile corporate environment with fabric maintenance expertise.

• Skills: PC literate with strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.

• Safety: Solid understanding of H&S regulations, permitting, and escorting processes.
