Financial Controller Tameside (3 days in office with flex start/finish times) £75,000 - £85,000 FMCG Axon Moore have partnered with a growing, product-led consumer business who are looking to appoint an ambitious Financial Controller to their team on a full time permanent basis. The business has ambitious international growth plans, with overseas turnover expected to double as they enter new territories across Europe. This is a hands-on senior finance role with genuine potential to become future FD. Reporting into the senior finance team, you will take ownership of financial accounting, month-end, management reporting, cash flow, treasury, FX and compliance, while acting as a key business partner to the wider organisation. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted finance partner to the wider leadership team. Translate financial information into clear commercial insight and actionable recommendations. Build strong relationships across the business and ensure finance is viewed as a value-adding partner rather than simply a reporting function.
