About the Role

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic, committed individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors. You’ll step into secondary school classrooms to deliver pre-set lessons, manage student behaviour, and keep learning on track in the teacher’s absence.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in a school or educational setting—or a strong academic background

• A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed

• Confident classroom management and great interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and reliability

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
