The successful candidate will work across Key Stage 2, providing targeted intervention support to small groups and individual pupils. You will play an important role in helping children develop confidence, close learning gaps, and achieve their full potential. The Role Deliver targeted interventions in English, Maths, and other curriculum areas. Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Work across different KS2 classes as required. Assist teachers in monitoring pupil progress and attainment. Promote a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Support children with varying learning needs and abilities.
