We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in Highbury (N5) Monday Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm Temp Contract - Ongoing Pay rate - £15.80ph paye Job Purpose Carry out basic maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, painting, fixing fixtures, unblocking drains) Assist skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work Respond to reactive maintenance issues and faults within the building Ensure buildings and equipment are kept in safe working condition Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.
