Quality Assurance Coordinator

Industry: Construction 
Location: Dunstable (Office-based with occasional site visits)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 £0.45/mile travel allowance
Hours: 07:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday)

We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team supporting a major infrastructure project (HS2). This role requires construction industry experience and a strong background in quality and technical documentation.

Quality Assurance Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

• Manage QA/TA documentation for HS2 works

• Ensure all client deliverables (ITPs, quality plans, approvals) meet standards

• Compile and maintain:

  • Non-conformance reports

  • Technical compliance documents

  • Handover/record packs

• Support audits and maintain accreditations

• Liaise with internal teams and clients to meet quality targets

• Attend site visits for QA checks (10–30% site-based over time)

Quality Assurance Coordinator Requirements:

• Construction or infrastructure industry experience is essential

• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

• Understanding of QA systems, compliance, and document control

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage large document volumes

• Comfortable working independently and with project teams
