This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator with previous estate agency or property sales experience who is confident negotiating offers, building strong client relationships and delivering an excellent level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will: Manage a portfolio of properties and act as the main point of contact for vendors and buyers Provide vendors with regular Sales Negotiator updates, market feedback and activity reports Liaise with local estate agents regarding property marketing and sales activity Handle incoming property sales enquiries from prospective buyers Arrange and negotiate property offers Negotiate between buyers, vendors and developers to achieve successful sales Complete AML checks on prospective buyers Produce accurate Memorandums of Sale Recommend financial adviser and solicitor services where appropriate Work closely with the Sales Progression team once a property sale has been agreed Maintain accurate property and customer records using the CRM system Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs ..... full job details .....
