Project Quantity Surveyor

• Contract Length: 8 months+
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Towcester-
• Site/Hybrid: Fully site-based
• Rate: -400450 a day outside of IR35
• Sector: Cleanroom / Pharmaceutical / Mission Critical Construction
• Experience: Ideally a Project QS with experience managing commercial packages on technically complex construction projects, particularly within MEP and/or CSA.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong Quantity Surveying background within construction, ideally cleanroom, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing subcontractor packages, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Strong understanding of commercial reporting, cost control and contract administration.
• Ability to work closely with project delivery teams and subcontractors on site.
• Experience working on fast-paced, technically demanding construction projects.
