Commercial and Contracts Manager (Part-Time: 2-3 days per week) Salary: £70,000 FTE (pro rata) Location: BasingstokeWe have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial and Contracts Manager to join a long-established, financially stable technology and services organisation operating across both the public and private sectors.This is a senior, part-time role offering a broad and varied remit across commercial contracts, governance oversight, and commercial risk management. The role would suit a commercially minded professional from a contracts, legal, governance or risk background who enjoys applying judgement and pragmatism to real-world business scenarios.The organisation works closely with an external legal provider, meaning complex legal matters are supported externally. This role focuses on commercial interpretation, decision-making and governance oversight, rather than pure legal delivery.Experience Requirements: Background in commercial contracts, legal, governance, risk or commercial management rolesStrong understanding of commercial contracts, terms and conditions and contractual riskConfident interpreting legislation and contractual requirements and applying them pragmaticallyComfortable supporting senior stakeholders, including directors and board-level colleaguesExperience overseeing governance or corporate obligations within an organisationExposure to company secretarial activities (statutory records, Companies House filings, governance documentation) is beneficial
