Job - Customer Service Coordinator Location - Birmingham Salary - 32k My client is looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to cover a 9 month maternity contract. You will be someone who can manage customer orders efficiently while providing excellent service and working closely with several internal departments. Key Responsibilities Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate order records. Managing customer enquiries from order placement through to delivery. Keeping customers informed about order progress, delays, changes, or supply issues. Coordinating with Sales, Production, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Resolving customer issues and providing clear feedback. Carrying out customer verification checks. Supporting general administrative tasks and project work when required.
