This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven background in technical B2B sales, who can drive new business and develop key customer relationships across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and new customer targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering consultative power electronics solutions tailored to their requirements.Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within OEM and industrial markets.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
