The Job...Working within the audit team''s senior leadership, you will work across the following areas:

Leading and managing complex audits across a range of sectors.

Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing strategic insight and commercial guidance.

Supporting the wider leadership team with workflow planning and business development.

Management and mentorship of junior members of the team.

Playing a visible role in the firm''s ongoing growth and succession strategy.

Candidate Criteria...To be considered for this exciting new opportunity, you will be:

A qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA).

Significant post-qualified experience in a high-performing audit team.

Skilled in managing client relationships and leading audit engagements from planning through to completion.

Management experience is essential.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
